Peptide Therapy
What are peptides?
Peptides are short-chain amino acids found naturally in the body. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, and these particular amino acids are designed to augment specific functions within the human body. Therapy with peptides uses those sequences already present to regulate and rejuvenate functions. Basically, they bind to and tell other cells what to do, replacing or mimicking the functions of naturally occurring peptides. Peptides have the capability to rewrite body chemistry relationships to promote restoration, anabolism, and homeostasis.

Hormone Optimization Therapy
Hormone optimization therapy (HOT) is a treatment that aims to improve well-being by restoring hormone levels to a youthful balance. It can help alleviate symptoms of hormonal imbalance or decline, which can be caused by aging, menopause, andropause, hyper- or hypothyroidism, diabetes, and other health conditions:
Aging: Testosterone decreases and hormone receptors become less sensitive
Menopause: Estrogen production decreases in the ovaries
Andropause: Testosterone production diminishes in males
HOT can involve taking bioidentical hormones, which are chemically identical to the ones naturally produced by the body. This treatment can either supplement under-produced hormones or replace them altogether. One form of HOT, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), uses small capsules called pellets that contain bioidentical hormones. The pellets are inserted under the skin and dissolve over several months.
Some benefits of HOT include:
Increased energy, Boosted sex drive, Weight management, Emotional stability, Mental acuity, Restored stamina, and Improved sleep.
However, research studies have shown that taking hormones can increase the risk of blood clots, stroke, and gallbladder disease. The risk of heart disease and breast cancer may also increase if you are older or use hormonal therapy for an extended period.
Neurotoxin
Neurotoxin injections are a cosmetic procedure that uses diluted form of botulinum toxin to temporarily relax muscles and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
